Pre wedding ceremonies keep Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj busy

On May’s third week Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj, the would-be man and wife had their pre-wedding Roka Ceremony and now they advanced further towards their D-Day with another wedding ceremony; the Lagna Patrikalu ceremony…in this ceremony the family of the groom visits the home of the bride to distribute wedding cards. The ritual took place this Saturday and families of both sides gathered at the function. Miheeka took to Instagram to share her photos and titled the post with the given caption: “The celebrations continue! Thank you for making my day so much more special!”

The photos presented the glamorous Miheeka in a beautiful mint green lehenga-choli set paired with minimal makeup and accessories. Samantha Akkineni; her would-be sister-in-law responded to Miheeka’s photos by calling the to-be bride ‘Beauty’ and with a love sign. Aashritha Daggubati; elder daughter of Venkatesh also posted “You look gorgeous my miks ????” in praise of her bestie.

While this big fat Indian wedding is scheduled for the 8th of August, the renowned familes of both the bride and the groom are busy now in finalizing on the wedding venue and in paying heed to the logistics. Meanwhile, speculations are making the rounds that the wedding venue could be the Falaknuma Palace Hotel (Hyderabad).

On the professional front, the forthcoming release of the trilingual classic ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’ is keeping Rana damn busy. The movie’s Telugu version is named as Aranya.

To look like the role he is playing; that of a jungle man of 50 years of age, the 35 years old Rana had to abide by a diet plan strictly since the last 2 years. He had to shed as much as 30 kilos to fir the looks that his role demanded.
