New set of guidelines for Unlock 2.0

PM Narendra Modi is going to address the nation today at 4pm. Prime Minister's Office wrote on Twitter, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 4 PM tomorrow”.
59 Chinese apps were banned by the Centre and a new set of guidelines were released for Unlock 2.0. The announcement on Twitter was made right after these developments.
The border tensions at Ladakh started increasing after the clash between Indian and Chinese armies. This was followed by the ban of the Chinese apps.
The new guidelines for Unlock 2.0 will be followed from the first of July once the Unlock 1st phase ends on 30th of June.
Education institutions, theatres, Metro rail services, gyms, coaching centres, swimming pools, entertainment parks, bars assembly halls and auditoriums will continue to be closed till July 31st.
Social, entertainment, religious, cultural, sports, political, academic and other similar large gatherings will not be allowed.
The services like flights (under the Vande Bharat mission) and passenger trains which are already operational in calibrated manner will continue to run so.
According to the suggestions and feedback received from states and union territories and from central ministries and departments concerned, the new guidelines have been drawn, the ministry stated.
This is going to be the PM’s sixth address to the nation since the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.
