The demise of talented young actor Sushant Singh Rajput who is said to have committed suicide by hanging himself to death in his Bandra flat in Mumbai on the 14th of June has generated a huge uproar among his fans, friends and colleagues. Many are demanding a CBI enquiry as they feel that this could be a case of murder and not suicide. Recently, an FIR lodged by Sushant’s father Mr. K.K Singh against Sushant’s alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakroborty and few of her family members under the charges of cheating and abetting Sushant’s suicide has given the probe an entirely new turn…many startling facts have come up after the police started investigating on the charges brought forth by Sushant’s father against Rhea. The investigation will now go alongside the dubious money trail said the Bihar Police Force which is also undertaking a probe simultaneously.

Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput formed 2 companies with Ms. Rhea Chakroborty and Rhea’s brother as the directors. The investigations undertaken by the Bihar Police were aimed at finding out how exactly the money that was transferred from Sushant’s account was made use of. A team of Police enquired with several banks and delved into the investments and transaction records f various companies. These investigations were done to find out if the investments made by Sushant and Rhea were legitimate investments or not.

"Suspicious transactions" in portions equivalent to Rs 15 crore are being scrutinized by the Enforcement Directorate, which investigates about financial crimes, as reported by the sources. All details of the FIR lodged by Sushant’s dad in the state of Bihar has been asked for by the agency.

The investigations undertaken by the Mumbai Police are being conducted in different lines that include unfair treatment and professional rivalry causing the actor to become sidelined. However, Mumbai Police has informed that Sushant’s family had never spoken about their allegations and suspicions nor had given anything in written when they had communicated with the top Mumbai police officers right after Sushant’s death.

Ms Rhea Chakraborty has informed the Supreme Court that she was in a live-in relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput, her boyfriend for about a year and had moved out temporarily to her home on the 8th of June; i.e. just 6 days prior to the actor’s suicide.

In a legal petition to request transfer of this case filed against her from the court of Patna to the court of Mumbai Ms Rhea Chakraborty talked about her live-in relationship with Sushant, her temporary shifting and about Sushant’s depression.
