Owners of Mumbai’s Tambe Arogya Bhavan have come up with this mind-blowing drink. Tambe Arogys Bhavan is an eatery in the city of Mumbai and they prepare the drink by mixing shrikhand and buttermilk together. This drink is highly popular in Mumbai and people gulp it down greedily to get respite from the scorching summer heat. A wooden churner is used to whisk the buttermilk thoroughly prior to adding the shirkhand. The drink is topped with saffron and nutmeg generously.

Doodh Cola, Kolkata

When Cola mingles with Milk and other accompaniments like sugar and ice cubes, the result could lip-smacking and super delicious. In Kolkata, a Dhaba known by the name of Balwant Singh’s Eating House will serve you the delicious Doodh Cola in a tall jar costing Rs 150. The amount that’s served is 1 liter. Apart from this unique drink, you can also try the chilled chocolate chai and Kesar chai at the Dhaba.

Jigarthanda, Madurai

You can pamper your taste buds with this special summertime drink available in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai. The original name of this drink is ‘Jil Jil Jigarthanda’ which roughly stands for “chilled drink”. The drink is made out of crushed almonds, milk, rose petals, and the crushed root of sarsaparilla. The drink has an aphrodisiacal attribute too and is thus, served to the groom and the bride on their nuptial night.

Pyaar Mohabbat Maza, Delhi

In the vicinity of Delhi’s Jama Masjid and in the areas of Old Delhi, this chilled aromatic pink beverage is available. The key ingredients that go into the making of this drink are the Rooh afza rose petals-sugar syrup, milk, slices of watermelons, and ice cubes. The drink is super tasty and soothing and is believed to evoke the feeling of love in a customer who drinks it.
