Referring to the platform of Twitter as 'one of the most toxic' platforms in the realm of social media, Actor Taapsee Pannu stated that people who are committing to offer their helping hand in the midst of the Covid pandemic through this platform have actually compelled her to trust one’s 'power of intuition'.

Calling out to Twitter as "one of the most toxic platforms", Actor Taapsee Pannu kind of contradicts her comment when she says that she admires the way the people have come forward to help each other via Twitter absolutely free of cost as the country grapples against the challenges of the covid-19 pandemic.

"There was something in me that made me stay here inspite of being one of the most toxic platforms of social media. Seeing the timeline filled with support being asked and selfless/agenda free help being offered makes me believe in the power of intuition once again. Beautiful," says Taapsee Pannu in a Twitter message.

Known enough for expressing her opinions candidly, Actor Taapsee Pannu has made use of the platform of Twitter quite often to present her opinions regarding the current affairs. However, she has been criticized too quite often for her open comments.

In one of her recent interviews given to SpotboyE, the actor spoke on how trolling had impacted her family.“It does affect them because they are not part of the entertainment industry. They are not used to it. But it is a part of my life and they will have to get used to it. I have had conversations with my family on this matter," said Taapsee Pannu.

However Pannu added clearly that nothing can stop her from giving vent to her views. In the context, she said: "Somewhere, my voice counts. I guess I do command a certain power and influence. That’s why they want to shut me down. I don’t get triggered easily. When I do, I don’t stoop down to the level of the troll. I will never lose my dignity in replying. That’s the basic difference between me and the troll."

Taapsee Pannu is currently shooting for Shabaash Mithu, an upcoming sports movie of the actor. The movie tells the story of the celebrated cricketer of India, Mithali Raj and the actor speaks about the titular character acted out by her in the movie. For perfecting her role in the movie, Taapsee is getting trained under Nooshin Al Khadeer, the well known coach. Taapsee often posts videos and photos from her practice session as well as from the movie’s sets.

Taapsee Pannu has a very extensive movie lineup apart from the movie ‘Shabaash Mithu’.  The other movies in Pannu’s pipeline are Haseen Dillruba, Rashmi Rocket and Looop Lapeta.
