Actor Shah Rukh Khan had shared a motivating message for the IPL team he represents…Kolkata Knight Riders or KKR is Shah Rukh’s team. Recently the team suffered a defeat in the hands of Chennai Super Kings. The actor, on this Wednesday, left a message for his team. The actor shared a black & white picture of himself and in that picture, we can see Shah Rukh pointing fingers to the logo of the KKR team imprinted on his T-shirt.

The Chennai team could beat Shah Rukh Khan’s team in that IPL 2021 match by 18 runs on the Wednesday night even though the able players like Dinesh Karthik, Pat Cummins and Andre Russell did their best to defend the team most valiantly.

The aforementioned photograph was captioned by Shah Rukh with the following lines: “Coulda…woulda…shoulda can take a backseat tonight…@KKRiders was quite awesome I feel. ( oops if we can forget the batting power play!!) well done boys…@Russell12A @patcummins30 @DineshKarthik try and make this a habit…we will be back!!”

Earlier Shah Rukh Khan had voiced his apology for the fans of the KKR team after the mediocre performance of the team against the Mumbai Indians.

The fans were quick to respond to Shah Rukh’s post. One fan of Shah Rukh wrote, “Yes that was a good fight back.. harke jitne wale ko…,” quoting SRK starrer Baazigar movie’s dialogue. Yet another fan wrote,“My Warrior King, it makes us feel sad not getting to win the match, but I know it would hurt us way more if we lost it with a big margin. But we didn’t! We fought back a Heroic Battle & almost reached their huge target! Not winning this one is not a defeat either. I am so Proud.”

“KKR will be back! Good to see the spirit, Much needed for all of us!,” tweeted another fan.

As far as the actor’s work front is concerned, we will soon see Shah Rukh in the movie ‘Pathan’ by Siddharth Anand. Actors like John Abraham and Deepika Padukone will be his co-stars in the movie. The movie is likely to be a Yash Raj Production though there hasn’t been any sort of official announcement regarding the movie yet. We saw Shah Rukh Khan in the movie ‘Zero’ by Anand L Rai for the last time and the movie wasn’t much successful at the box office. In the movie ‘Zero’, actors like Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma too acted in the lead roles.
