Sania Mirza might be in her 30s but the Indian tennis star is in no mood to stop as she gears up for her fourth Olympics. Sania will become the first female athlete to represent India at four Olympics when she features at the Tokyo Games, slated to get underway from July 23. The tennis legend doesn't consider how long she'll be on the court and instead concentrates on the present moment. "I've had a fantastic career. It's simply a matter of believing in yourself and your ability "Sania was reported by as stating.

"I'm in my 30s and still going strong! I don't really give it much thought (how long I will play). I take each day as it comes, and I try not to look too far ahead "she continued.

Sania said she is also working out off the court to stay in shape and improve her agility. "I've been spending a lot of time on the court. But I've also been working out off the court. To keep sharp and powerful, I've been doing a lot of explosive movements and agility work "Sania stated.

Sania, who had partnered up with Rohan Bopanna, finished fourth at the Rio 2016 Olympics and failed to earn a medal.

"Coming so close to winning a medal and not winning it was one of the most terrible times of my life," she said.

"Having said that, I am very excited about it. I enjoy representing India in all of my games, but especially at the Olympics, where it is a source of pride for all of the athletes." I've been told that if I play in Tokyo, I'll have competed in the most Olympics of any woman while partnering with someone else. I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to be here, and I eagerly anticipate my next Olympiad.

Sania is looking forward to competing in the Olympics alongside fellow female Indian player Ankita Raina.

"She was maybe 14 or 15 when I first saw her. She's also quite disciplined, which is her greatest asset. I've never competed in the Olympics with another female Indian player who is ranked in the top 100 in the world "Sania stated.
