Not drinking enough water every day will prevent your body from functioning properly.


Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal shared a video on Instagram explaining how to deal with body pain through simple, natural remedies. She shared the video and the caption: "Three Therapies to Relieve Body Pain."


Maintain a balanced diet

A balanced diet consisting of protein, vitamins, and minerals, fats, and carbohydrates is essential to the body. Make sure that your diet is rich in essential nutrients, especially vitamin D because it helps regulate the calcium and phosphorus levels in the body. Calcium is necessary to keep bones and teeth strong and prevent joint pain.

Drink plenty of water

It is important to stay hydrated. Water helps the body to function in a normal and healthy way. We often lose water in our body through sweat and urine. If we don't keep our bodies hydrated, dehydration will draw water from our tissues, causing muscle pain. Nmami added that drinking a lot of water can eliminate the toxicity of the body and lubricate the joints.


Consume natural spices

If you suffer from body aches, please make sure that your meals contain a lot of natural flavors. Especially ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and garlic, all of these spices contain natural anti-inflammatory properties, which help relieve joint and muscle aches by reducing inflammation.
