If losing weight is as easy as adding lemon to hot water, then this myth must be broken! Said nutritionist

 But is this remedy really effective? Although it is an important source of vitamin C and aids in digestion, it is a myth to assume that a cup of hot water will melt all fat, famous nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel shared in an Instagram video.

"If weight loss is as easy as adding lemon to hot water, then this myth must be broken! The nutritionist captioned the post.

According to Healthline, lemonade is no better than regular water when it comes to weight loss. However, it can be used as a low-calorie substitute to replace high-calorie beverages. This may promote weight loss.
