Jhansi Shaili Singh is an international long jump champion, and her performance has been breaking national records.
Shaili Singh of Jhansi wins as international long jump champion. When he started training, he didn't even have running shoes. However, today, the young athlete won the world number one in the U18 junior long jump competition.

Shaili's training location is at the Anju Bobby George Sports Foundation. However, she had to move from her home to Bangalore, 1,600 kilometers away, for training. It was not easy, but her single mother, a tailor, Vinita, accompanied her little daughter all the way. Shali’s coach is Robert Bobby George, and his husband and coach Anju Bobby George is the first Indian world champion to participate in the IAAF World Athletics Finals.
Now, it is difficult to understand the hardships she has gone through every time she sees the 17-year-old who leap to new heights effortlessly. The young champion is one of the top 20 players in the world on the U18 long jumper list.
