For example, controlling our breathing and practicing pranayama is one of the simplest exercises we can do to balance many hormonal imbalances. Most importantly, pranayamas are the simplest and most effective form of yoga, which can be performed anytime, anywhere. Sit cross-legged in a relaxed pose, such as sukhasana (half lotus pose)
Number six, inhale through your nostrils.
Hold your breath 6 times.
Exhale 6 times through the nostril.
This breathing exercise can be done at any time of the day, especially when you are stressed and need to rest.

Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight, your hands on your knees, and your palms facing the sky.
Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.
Pull your navel towards your spine as you exhale. Do what you can comfortably. Put your right hand on your abdomen, you can feel the contraction of the abdominal muscles.
When you relax your navel and abdomen, your breath will flow into your lungs effortlessly.
To complete one round of Kapal Bhati, take 20 such breaths.
After drawing a circle, close your eyes, rest, and analyze your body's feels.
This exercise can strengthen core strength and help maintain the body's pH. However, this also improves your body's immunity.
Remember, it is recommended to do this asana on an empty stomach or early in the morning.
This pose can be done up to 200 times, but the speed is very slow.
Sit in any meditation position, such as Sukhasana or Padmasana.
The spine should be in a straight position.
Obstruction of the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand. Inhale 2 times through the left nostril. Now close both nostrils and hold your breath for four seconds.
Keep the left nose closed and the right nostril open. Exhale through the right nostril for a few seconds. Inhale 2 times through the right nostril.
For a few seconds, close both nostrils and hold your breath. Exhale slowly through the left nostril and count to 2. Both nostrils must be closed.
This marks the completion of a circle.
You can also add even-numbered breaths to this exercise.
This practice is even adopted by many cancer patients because of its curative effects.
Sit cross-legged and feel the Vishnu mudra.
Hold the Vishnu mudra, place your left hand on your thigh, and block your right nostril with your right hand.
Inhale through the left nostril.
Close both nostrils and hold your breath for a few seconds.
Slowly move your chin towards your throat and make a throat bandage.
Slowly raised his head, and exhaled through his right nostril.
Perform the same steps from the opposite side.
This marks the end of a series.
You can do a few more rounds and get more and more benefits from this meditation.
Do 6 times on each side.
