On the completion of filming in the Himalayan district, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) and the Kargil District Administration bid the Laal Singh Chaddha Team farewell.
According to a release, LAHDC organised a dinner at the residence of Deputy Commissioner Kargil as a tribute of love and thanks for the Laal Singh Chaddha Team. Amir Khan, the star of Dangal, and producer Kiran Rao, who were in attendance, expressed their gratitude for the warmth and compassion they got in Kargil.

"Exploration of newer locales for making films goes a long way in promoting tourism for the natives," Feroz Khan said in an interview with the actor-producer.

Laal Singh Chadha is directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Viacom18 Studios and Aamir Khan Productions. It was written by Atul Kulkarni.
After 'Talaash,' and '3 Idiots,' the film's leading couple, Aamir and Kareena,' will share the screen for the third time.
