WhatsApp added the photographic function finally disappeared to a stable version of the application. This feature is known as `view eleven` and is similar to how the expired media work. If you send a photo with this function, the receiver opens and disappears when it leaves a chat. However, every time you see photos and videos, you must select a view time you send a view. What you should know about the new WhatsApp feature?
WhatsApp has confirmed that any photos or videos you send using the "View Once" feature will not be saved in the recipient's photos or gallery. Once you send a See Once the photo or video, WhatsApp will not be able to display it again.
The Messaging application does not allow you to forward, save, star, or share photos or videos sent or received using the "view once" media function. You can only check whether the recipient has opened the photo or video. If they have opened the reading receipt, please check it once.
This Facebook-owned company also stated that if you do not open the photo or video within 14 days after it is posted, the media will expire from the chat. However, if the message was not read at the time of the backup, you can restore the See once media from the backup. If the photo or video is already open, the media will not be backed up and cannot be restored.

Why you should send media using the ‘View Once’ feature to ‘trusted’ users?
WhatsApp allows anyone to take screenshots or screen recordings before the media disappears. In addition, if someone takes a screenshot or records the screen, that person will not be notified.
WhatsApp also warns that you can even take photos or videos of media with a camera or other device before the media disappears. The company stated that “encrypted media can be stored on WhatsApp’s servers for several weeks after being sent.”
How to send View Once media on WhatsApp?
Step 1: Open WhatsApp and tap on the attachment icon.
Step 2: Then, go to Gallery and select the photo or video you want to send to your contact.
Step 3: After selecting it, you will see a clock icon in the "Add Title" column, just click on it to enable the "View once" feature. When enabled, the app will display a message saying "Photo is set to view once." Then you can send the missing photos to your friends and family.
