This Kannada beauty played Naga Chaitanya with Oka Laila Kosam (2014), made her Telugu debut, and topped the list with many popular movies against the best heroes. The actress will next appear in the Telugu film Acharya, starring the father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan.

Pooja Hegde revealed that for her, her opportunity to participate in this film was a moment when her dream came true. The actress also stated that she had always wanted to work with Chiranjeevi, and Koratala Siva's director Acharya made the dream come true. "Acharya is like a dream come true for me, because for a long time I have been eager to share screen space with Chiranjeevi garu," Pooja Hegde said, according to Bollywood Life.

Pooja Hegde will appear in a no-style appearance for the first time, where she plays the role of Neelambari, the mistress of Ram Charan's role.

Acharya is one of the most anticipated films of 2021. This socio-political drama chronicles the role of superstar Chiranjeevi as a carpenter who becomes a social reformer, stains the earth with the blood of the wicked and seeks justice for the innocent. Ram Charan shares screen space with his father Chiranjeevi and appears as Siddha, drawn to the rebel movement.

Kajal Aggarwal is the hero, Sonu Sood will play the villain, and Jisshu Sengupta will play the key role is funded by Ram Charan and Anvesh Reddy. The new release date after the second wave of the coronavirus has yet to be announced.
