We get it! Hard to control your super-active kids during the lockdown? They are bored and frustrated, without having a channel to spend their energy, right? Here are some interesting DIY crafts for your kids. Get them involved now…
- Dream catcher using paper plates:
Materials required: paper plate, yarn, scissors, hole punch, feathers & pony beads.
- Cut the centre of the plate out.
- Make holes around it using a punch.
- Tie one end of the yarn to the hole.
- Weave it through the holes.
- On the final hole, pull the yarn & string some beads.
- Then, attach a feather at the end of the string.
- Keep the beads down onto the end of the quill of the feather & trim the excess string.
- Repeat the same for all the holes.
- Glass-bottle painting:
Materials required: Acrylic paints, brushes & glass bottle
- Clean the glass bottle.
- Start making designs using paints.
- Fingerprint art:
Materials required: Paints & fingers ;-)
- In a cup of water add the required color.
- Depending on what you want to paint, paint your fingers with colors.
- Make impressions on the sheet.
