You can workout for your body to stay fit. You need balanced diet to stay healthy. Similarly, your skin requires some amount of essential nutrients to stay healthy! Just think. Your skin is always exposed to various factors like UV rays, dust, pollution and so on, which cannot be controlled. All we can do is nourish our skin from inside instead of using expensive cosmetics that contain harmful chemicals. It is important to maintain a healthy diet for keeping the skin healthy.
Antioxidants, vitamins E and C and omega-3 and -6 fatty acids are essential to boost skin health. They are necessary to fight inflammation and keep acne and blemishes at bay. Fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices contain antioxidants which essentially aid in maintaining skin health. Seeds, nuts and fatty fish contain fatty acids which keep skin hydrated. Vitamin C, mainly found in citrus fruits, aids in producing collagen. Vitamin E protects your skin from UV rays and sun damage.
A drink that contains all of these necessary ingredients:

Banana
Flax seeds
Coconut oil
Coconut milk
Pineapple
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Ginger
Flax seeds are a source of omega fatty acids and coconut (oil and milk) provides skin with vitamins and healthy fats. Ginger and turmeric contain antioxidant, anti-inflammatory as well as anti-aging agents.
Procedure:
Slice banana and pineapple in a blow.
Add grated ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil, turmeric and flax seeds. Add coconut milk and mix the contents.
Put them in a blender and blend well.
If you like it sweet, add some honey.
