India saw a new vaccine record as it surpassed the United States in total number of doses administered so far. While India has so far given 32.36 crore doses, the US has given 32.33 crore doses. This is in the midst of a drop in new Covid cases.

Your ten-point plan is as follows:

In the previous 24 hours, India has recorded 46,148 new Covid cases and 979 deaths, bringing the total number of cases to 3,02,79,331 and the total number of deaths to 3.96 lakh. After a difficult battle against the second wave, the number of daily cases has dropped in recent weeks.

In India, around 5.6 percent of adults have received both doses of the vaccine. According to the news agency Reuters, nearly 40% of the population in the United States has received both doses.

"India's vaccination push keeps gaining momentum! Congrats to all those who are spearheading this effort. Our pledge remains immunizations for everyone, free for all (sic)," Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted this morning.

Following the implementation of a new policy, India has given out over 3 crore 91 lakh vaccine doses in the last week. A tweet from the Health Ministry stated, "This milestone immunisation amount outnumbers the population of numerous countries like Canada, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia."

Following the implementation of a new policy, India has given out over 3 crore 91 lakh vaccine doses in the last week. A tweet from the Health Ministry stated, "This milestone immunisation amount outnumbers the population of numerous countries like Canada, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia." "By July 31, 51.6 crore vaccine doses will be available for administration, leaving a requirement of about 135 crore vaccine doses," the centre said in an affidavit to the court.

Currently, active cases account for 1.89 percent of all cases. The government has stated that "daily recoveries continue to outweigh daily new cases for the 46th straight day." This morning, the daily positivity rate was 2.94 percent; it has been less than 5% for the past 21 days.

The Delta Plus type, which is thought to be significantly more infectious, has been found in 12 nations, according to the government. "This virus is currently highly localised in our country. At ICMR-NIV, it is isolated and cultured "According to the centre. The lockdown in South Africa and Australia has been tightened in response to the Delta variant surge.

PM Modi, while addressing his monthly radio programme - "Mann Ki Baat" on Sunday, urged people to shed vaccine hesitancy. "My mother is almost hundred years old, she has taken both vaccines too. Please do not believe any rumours relating to vaccines," the Prime Minister said.

Another issue confronting India's immunisation campaign is the gender divide. A total of 54% of males and 46% of women have received the vaccine, an 8% difference. Last Monday, Dr VK Paul, chairperson of the National Expert Group, stated, "The gender imbalance must be remedied in the days ahead."

For the third day in a row, Delhi saw less than 100 new cases on Sunday. The national capital is increasingly becoming more accessible. Gyms and yoga centres will be allowed to reopen at 50% capacity starting today. Weddings can now include up to fifty guests.
