Maharashtra visitors entering Karnataka must have a negative RT-PCR or a vaccination certificate.
Due to an increase in instances in Maharashtra, the Karnataka government has made an RT-PCR test result or a vaccination certificate required for visitors arriving from that state. "Passengers arriving in Karnataka by airline, bus, train, taxi, personal transport, or other means must present a negative RT-PCR certificate no older than 72 hours or a vaccination certificate for at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine. This will also apply to all flights departing from Maharashtra and landing in Karnataka "P Ravi Kumar, the chief secretary, stated in his order.

Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said on Tuesday that the government is considering allowing malls to open in the city under certain circumstances, and that a decision will be made shortly. "Members of the malls (shopping centres) association have met me. I'll talk to my cabinet colleagues about it. We're talking about making certain concessions in exchange for some requirements. "We haven't made a decision yet," Yediyurappa remarked.
