  • Blinking more can bring some relief by moistening your eyes and averting dryness.
  • The 20-20-20 rule is another way of relieving eye strain. While following the rule you need to look at an object 20 ft away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. This allows effective resetting of your focus and eases digital eye tiredness.
  • Wearing blue light-reducing non-prescription glasses that come with an anti-reflective coating can prove to be helpful.
  • Anti-reflective, blue light mitigating lens coat on the screens too can help.
