If yes, you aren’t the only one. As per a recent survey, it was discovered that 80% of people think that the coronavirus pandemic has caused the screen time to increase, thus, leading to much eye strain. Looking at the screen for prolonged hours and frequently can cause eye strain.
The blue light from the screen has a damaging effect on the eyes. Straining of eyes may result in symptoms such as headaches, watery eyes, blurred vision, dry eyes, sore eyes, and eye itching.
About a quarter of people opine that their eyesight feels far worse nowadays than it used to a year back. Also, some have reported that they have been experiencing a certain amount of eye-related discomfort each day. After analyzing these data, it is clearly evident that proper eye care should be our priority in recent times.
