Jeff Bezos from returning to Earth from space…know More…

Wednesday, 23rd June 2021

More than 50,000 people have signed online petitions imploring Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon and a billionaire, not to return to Earth following his first space mission on July 20. Bezos stated earlier this month that he will travel to space aboard New Shephard, a rocket system developed by his business Blue Origin.

Apart from Blue Origin, Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic is also planning to launch space tourism flights this year. SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, is also focusing on taking visitors to space.

So, what exactly are these petitions?

A few days after Bezos announced his plans to go to space, two petitions appeared on change.org. More than 40,000 individuals have signed one of them, headlined "Do not allow Jeff Bezos to return to Earth." “Billionaires should not exist... on Earth, or in space, but if they choose the latter, they should remain there (sic),” it continues.

“...he's truly an evil ruler hellbent on global domination,” the other petition states, with over 20,000 signatures so far. For years, we've known this. Jeff has collaborated with the Epsteins, Knights Templar, and Free Masons in order to seize total control of the planet. He's also in bed with flat-earth sceptics; it's the only way he'll get out of the atmosphere.”

Why is Bezos going to space?

Bezos stated on June 7 that New Shephard will launch its first human mission to space on July 20, the 52nd anniversary of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin's moon landing. “I've wanted to travel to space since I was five years old.” I'll embark on that voyage with my brother on July 20th. Bezos wrote on his Instagram account, "The greatest adventure, with my dearest friend."

Bezos will be accompanied by his brother and the auction winner, who will pay $28 million to fly with the billionaire. This sum will be donated to Blue Origin's "Club for the Future" charity, which strives to encourage future generations to pursue STEM jobs.

Bezos launched Blue Origin with the goal of enabling "a future where millions of people live and work in space to benefit Earth," according to the company's website. Blue Origin thinks that in order to maintain Earth, humanity will need to develop, explore, discover new energy and material resources, and relocate industries that are harmful to the planet into space.”
